Return, Refund & Exchange Policy



At Inara by Javed & Daughters, every piece is carefully crafted and checked to ensure the finest quality. Since our products are designer and made with delicate detailing, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.



1. No Returns & No Refunds



  • Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are not applicable for any reason other than approved defective cases.




2. Exchange Policy



  • Exchange is only available in case of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect product is delivered.
  • To be eligible for an exchange:
    • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
    • Approval from our brand team is mandatory before sending the product back.




3. Approval Process

    • Your order number
    • Images/videos of the defect or issue

  • Our quality team will review your request, and only upon approval, the exchange will be processed.




4. Shipping for Exchange



  • Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us.
  • Replacement will be shipped after the returned piece passes our inspection.





✨ Please note: Color variations, minor weaving/embroidery differences, or handwork irregularities are natural in designer clothing and will not be considered defects.
